What people told me about a client I am currently handling who seems reluctant to pay:

1. That bank is like that..
2. Haha you didn't know?
3. There was a project that they paid 1 year after implementation..
4. There is a project that they haven't paid yet although it had been completed a year ago.
5. Whoops... hehe that sounds like bank xyz alright.. I finished my work on 2004 and was paid on July 2005.

Darn... should've done a better background check...
Turns out BIG != Professional.
