The last posting was about the first big thing that happened the last few months.. and now this is another major turning point:

AVEVO DINAMIKA Ltd.

Using our prior experience in managing a company, this time we've prepared the plumbing tools in case "the pipes start to leak". ;)

Invaluable experiences that are implemented in Avevo Dinamika:
1. Shares are equal to roles which are clearly defined (your role and efforts determine what you get)
2. Ideas and efforts are highly valued

Avevo Dinamika uses the Holding Company concept. The concept is simple. If you have an idea for a business or product, come to Avevo. We will analyze it, do an initial market research and decide whether the idea is feasible or not. Do not worry, we WILL NOT STEAL your ideas. If the idea is feasible, then Avevo will move forward and build a SBU (Special Business Unit) to help make the idea. Depending on the idea initiator's role in realizing this idea, s/he will receive a share of the profits of the idea if there are any. This is Avevo's way of giving recognition to people with creative minds and ideas.

If the idea is successful and the operational runs smoothly, then Avevo will upgrade the SBU into a private company. The most competent person that had the largest role in the realization of the idea will be made CEO of the company. This means that the person that came up with the idea does not necessarily always become the CEO. This is Avevo's way of giving recognition to people with strong heart and will (effort).

The question that should be asked next is "Why upgrade the SBU into a company?" There are two answers to that:

1. Too many things to control would be too exhaustive.
2. Too many things to control would mean too many things to think about and thus block ideas from popping in our heads. Again, ideas are very highly valued in Avevo.

So far this concept has been quite fruitful in attracting ideas. At the moment, Avevo has four (4) IT Products, whereas two (2) of them are 100% satisfyingly completed, one (1) is completed from the technical point of view, and one (1) is in the design phase (hopefully completed in 2-3 months). Out of those four ideas, two were results from non-shareholders which means they use the profit sharing concept.

Aside from business/products, Avevo also has three major partnership agreements:

1. With a multimillion dollar international IT company whose clients are mostly from Fortune500 companies
2. With a national IT company
3. With a national media company (we get free 1 page editorial ads hehehe)

In just a couple of months, Avevo now has seven (7) highly dedicated employees. It doesn't seem much, but quite spectacular when you consider our initial financial capital haha.. Anyway, nothing is certain yet because success comprises of more than just effort. Lots of luck is also needed. But the future is starting to get brighter.

We all minimize the risks of failure.. And if successful, we become successful together. And this time its no crap.. :p

So wish us luck and remember... If you have any ideas and would like them to be implemented, give me/us a shout :)
